Folks, this farm is as productive as north east Texas gets. I've seen 60 bu wheat come off of it and 40 bu soybeans. Milo is another good crop for this farm. It has a beautiful building site next to a pretty pond beside the cultivated ground with easy county road access.
We typically post aerial photos; however, there is a current short term lease on this farm and because it is easily located by aerial photo, we have been having problems with other brokers and lookers wandering onto the farm without contacting us. Frankly, it's an inconsiderate but common practice and it's not right to the tenants. Sorry.
Acreage
Acreage is very close; however, this farm will require a survey to have a deed created, as it is under on deed with several non-contiguous farms.
